Dharamshala Tour :
Dharamshala or Dharamsala is a city in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh in India. Dharamshala has an average elevation of 1457 metres (4780 feet), covering an area of almost 8.51 km².[9] Earlier it was known as Bhagsu. Dharamsala is 18 Kms far from Kangra. Dharamshala is beautiful town surrounded by dense forest and scenic beauty of Kangra Valley. Due to the Tibetan people and presence of 14th Dalai Lama Dharamshala is now famous in all over the world. Apart from Tibetan people and culture one day Triund hill trek is also popular here. The Dalai Lama’s home and the headquarters of the Central Tibetan Administration of the exiled Tibetan government are situated in McLeodGanj village in Dharamshala municipality. In 1959 the Dalai Lama had to escape from Tibet. The Indian Prime Minister permitted him and his followers to stay in McLeodGanj area in Upper Dharmshala. In 1960 Government-in-exile was established. Dharamshala has many monasteries. Library of Tibetan Works and Archives was started in 1970 by the Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso. Library has more than 80,000 manuscripts and important things related to Tibetan, culture and history. It is one of the best places in the world to know Tibet. Dharamshala is full of various Tibetan temples monasteries, and schools. The area is also called Little Lhasa Or Dhasa (Combination of Dharamshala and Lhasa).

Delhi Sightseeing
Morning after breakfast, discover the Delhi. Morning visit the 400-years-old Jama Mosque (the largest in India) and local market. Later visit Red Fort (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). In the afternoon enjoy drive through Rashtrapati Bhawan (the President’s Palace) and India Gate (a war memorial arch built in honor of Indian soldiers who lost their lives in World War–I). Explore the famous Humayun’s Tomb (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Qutab Minar (a UNESCO World Heritage Site- the tallest brick minaret in the world, at 238 feet). Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.
Early morning after breakfast, check out from hotel and transfer to railway station for your train to Haridwar (Shatabdi Express 06:50 hrs). Meet our representative at arrival in Haridwar (11:30 hrs). (Later enjoy in Haridwar sightseeing after arrival. Haridwar is the place where people from across the India visit for pilgrimage and to take a holy dip into the holy river Ganges. Haridwar is an ancient city and it is one of the most sacred cities in India. The diverse nature of the Hindu religion has attracted foreign visitors from all around the world. Here you can closely experience India’s complex culture and various Hindu rituals. Haridwar is also one of the four cities where Kumbh Mela is organized. Visit Mansa Devi temple by cable car. After lunch visit Daksh Temple. Later visit Har Ki Pouri (Ganga Ghat) for famous Ganga Aarti, and continue your drive to Rishikesh. Check in to the hotel at arrival. Early morning again start your day with yoga and meditation class. Later proceed to Shivpuri town (26 kms far) for Rafting in River Ganga. Visit Vashistha cave for meditation. Vashistha was Guru of Lord Ram who meditated here. Later enjoy 18 kms Rafting and reach Rishikesh. After lunch meet Sadhus for small lecture on Hinduism. Evening meet an astrologer and have a small session to know your future. Later visit the Ghats for ceremony, dedicated to River Ganga (worshipped as a goddess). Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.

Early morning have routine yoga and meditation class. Later transfer to Rajaji National Park for 04 hour Jungle Safari. Rajaji National Park has total area of 820 square kms. Rajaji National Park has highest number of elephants than all other national parks of Uttarakhand. Tiger, leopard, Monkey, Barking deer, Sambar deer, Wild Boar, Antelopes such as the Nilgai and Goral are also living here. The Rajaji National Park has more than 400 bird species. Rajaji National Park offers amazing opportunity to nature lovers to enjoy the beautiful landscape and wildlife. After lunch, transfer to small village of Gujjar tribe. Have conversation with Gujjars and know their culture. Have a tea with them. Later return to Rishikesh. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.
Rishikesh to Nalagarh (290 Kms / 07 to 08 hrs drive)
Morning after breakfast, check out from hotel. Transfer to Nalagarh. Nalagarh is situated in the foothills of the Himalayas. Nalagarh offers a spectacular view of the Shivalik range of Himalayas with Sirsa River. The Nalagarh Fort is amazing piece of Mughal architecture. The Nalagarh Fort has are of 20 acres with forest land. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.

Dharamshala to Amritsar (210 Kms / 6 to 7 hours)

Later transfer to Amritsar railway station for your train to Delhi (Shatabdi Express – dep. 17:00hrs). Meet our representative at Delhi railway station (23:15 hrs) and transfer to your hotel.
